SOPA DEL DIA – SOUP

Gazpacho
Classic cold soup of pureed tomatoes and vegetables with extra virgin olive oil and aged sherry vinegar 7.00  

Sopa de garbonzos
Garbanzo soup with Serrano ham, Romanesco, and topped with a fontina cheese gratin, 7.00
