Paella Month at Costa del Sol

A BIG thank you to everyone that came out for our End-of-Summer Spanish Lobster Festival! It’s sad to say goodbye to September but we’re excited for October. This month we’re celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month by offering several varieties of paella throughout October.

Our goal is to leave you wanting more and the good news is that all paella TO GO, including our special paellas, are 20% off!

Friday we will announce our first round of paellas for the month! Like us on Facebook or Instagram to stay up to date on everything paella.

In addition to our regular paellas, each week we will feature one or two of our special paellas, including:

Lobster Paella
Shrimp, clams, mussels, fish, and (of course) lobster cooked in saffron rice

“Midnight” Paella
Shrimp, clams, fish, and squid cooked in saffron rice prepared with squid ink

Paella Valenciana
Valencian style paella with rabbit, pork, chorizo, and artichokes

Fideua
A thin noodle-based Paella made with chicken, sausage, and shrimp
