There’s only 2-weeks left of Paella Month! Have you had your fill yet? Every week we feature two new special paellas, in addition to our signature paellas. Throughout the month you can expect to see: 

Lobster Paella, Shrimp, clams, mussels, fish, and (of course) lobster cooked in saffron rice
“Midnight” Paella, Shrimp, clams, fish, and squid cooked in saffron rice prepared with squid ink
Paella Valenciana, Valencian style paella with rabbit, pork, chorizo, and artichokes
Fideua, A thin noodle-based Paella made with chicken, sausage, and shrimp
