APPETIZER / SOUP

Gazpacho
Cold pureed tomato and vegetable soup with extra virgin olive oil aged sherry vinegar.

Ensalada de tomate
From Pepe’s garden, heirloom tomato and dices of fresh mozzarella salad accompanied by bacon croutons, scallions, pickle Padron peppers and a cilantro sherry vinaigrette

Pimientos de Padrón
From Pepe’s garden, blistered Padrón peppers sprinkled with sea salt. Some are hot and some are not!

Ensalada de arroz y camarones
Rice and shrimp salad with a mango, tomato, pickle Padron peppers accompanied by cilantro citrus white balsamic vinaigrette


ENTRÉE

Salmón con membrillo
Grilled North Atlantic salmon topped with quince glaze sauce

Mahi-mahi a la plancha
Grilled Mahi-mahi accompanied by tomato, avocado, jalapeno pepper, scallions, cilantro lime juice relish

Bistec a la plancha
Herb and garlic marinated bavette steak with churrasco sauce, a Spanish semi-spicy “barbeque” sauce of pureed tomato, onion, garlic, herbs and spices

Paella de la casa
House paella with mussels, clams, shrimp, chorizo and chicken cooked in saffron rice (minimum for 2)
